Ms. Shaina’s love for the stage started at the youthful age of 9 when she was awarded the Junior Public Speaking Champion at the Optimist Public Oratorical Competition, for 4 consecutive years. While succeeding in travel hockey and baseball, her true passion belonged to the dance studio! After dancing competitively for 6 memorable years, Shaina was thrilled to join the On Stage teaching staff!
After taking over the Community Performance Company during its inaugural year, she was hooked & became fully committed to teaching. Seeing children grow and develop, mentally and physically in dance keeps Ms. Shaina’s passion alive. Now teaching dance full time, Shaina is thrilled to keep her love for teaching alive at On Stage and fulfill her goal of creating an enthralling, positive dance class and instilling the love for dance in every child she teaches!
